      Nutritional Value

      The cucumber is a vegetable of low calorie content due to their reduced carbohydrate content, compared with other vegetables, and its high water content.

      Contributes fiber, small amounts of vitamin C, provitamin A and vitamin E, and, in even smaller proportions, group B vitamins such as folate, B1, B2 and B3. In your skin are small amounts of beta-carotene, but once oela cucumber, its content is reduced to almost zero.
