At the center of the jewel we find what appears to be an open shell, at the center of which is decorated with a beautiful and important old cut diamond (and the largest of all); the whole outline of the shell is decorated with rosette cut diamonds. Another series of geometric elements embellish this brooch: on each side of the shell we find another old
