Strong padded shoulder for effect with delicate ruching and reinforced panel on the top. Draped low cut tapered sleeves have pearly buttons at the cuffs. The high ruched collar has two small buttons at the nape of the neck, above placket covered buttons all the way down the back. You could get wild and also wear this with the buttons in the front
