They are designed to use straight out of the jar without thinning. Glazing Gel: Is used for Glazing or it has the properties to be a paint base so you can add pigment to make custom colors. Using a temperature between 265 and 270 F. and leaving it in for 12 15 min. seems to work the best. We know that 15 min. at 270 works good
