Teso La Monja 'Almirez' Toro 2021 750ml Tempranillo black Mission fig and blackThis rich and concentrated Toro is flowing with flavors of ripe plum, black cherry, and dried herbs. Grapes for this 100% Tempranillo are hand harvested from organically grown old vines planted between 1951 and 2000. Native yeast fermentation was utilized, and the wine was aged in 30% new French barriques for just over a year.
