Effects of resveratrol on granulosa cell autophagy by regulating Akt/mTOR pathway in rats with polycystic ovarian syndrome
A phase Ib trial with a 4-week subcutaneous administration of either 10 mg or 15 mg tirzepatide once weekly in subjects with T2D led to a significant reduction in fasting plasma glucose concentrations (LSM difference [95% CI]: 49.12 mg/dl [78.14, 20.12] and 43.15 mg/dl [73.06, 13.21], respectively) and to reductions in body weight (LSM difference [95% CI]: 2.62 kg [3.79, 1.45] and 2.07 kg [3.25, 0.88], respectively
By contrast, the reduction of all-cause mortality by GLP-1RA was significant in three trials (LEADER with liraglutide, EXSCEL with exenatide, and PIONEER 6 with semaglutide)
That slight difference could result in more significant training volumes and superior adaptations (strength, muscle gain, endurance, etc.)
