It was made using a pretty wool blend yarn that is 20% wool and 80% acrylic fibers. The color reminded us of black raspberry ice cream, so thats the name we gave to it. This blend is soft to the touch with a nice stretch to the fibers. This wool blend has the warmth of wool with the easy care of acrylic fibers. It can be washed on the gentle cycle with cold water and tumble dried on the low heat
